The Challenge:
In 2002 CBRE were instructed by Accenture to find a new “office centre” of approximately 10,000 sqm.

The Solution:
CBRE collated information on all mid and out of town schemes capable of fulfilling Accentre’s 10,000 sqm requirement. CBRE advised Accenture on the acquisition of the second Phase of Office Park Nové Butovice, which was chosen to be the new office centre for Accentre in central Europe.
